Our whānau whakapapa to Te Rarawa and Ngāti Kuri and hapū of Whanganui. Our Te Taitokerau papakāinga is where we grow, dry, design, and make our hue lamps. 

We are passionate about creating a life for our tamariki mokopuna that is founded on kaupapa Māori. Taonga Hue is part of that vision. We are humbled to be developing independence and sovereignty while sharing whakapapa and pūrākau through our craft. We share not just beautiful, functional art pieces, but also a connection to culture, whenua and the stories that bind us all together.
